The Product Selector is responsible for accurately picking product orders for feeding the production line.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Locate, pick, move, and store material according to established procedures.

  • Unload and store materials in proper locations

  • Detect and report faulty equipment and defective materials to manger.

  • Stack product on pallets following proper selecting procedures

  • Manual transfer of cased product from pick slots to pallet

  • Secure products on pallets; build according to prescribed procedures

  • Works with Team Leader to ensure in-house delivery of product to appropriate production line in a timely manner.

  • Ensures accurate counts on production request for bottles.

  • Space consolidation and in-house logistics of product.

  • Fill-in in areas where needed.

Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate and identify opportunities and ideas to the supervisory and management staff.

  • Cross-train on alternate assignment and perform duties in other work areas as needed.


  • Education:

    • High School diploma or GED.

  • Experience:

    • Product selection/case picking experience helpful and preferred.

    • Experience with handheld scanners required.
