Production
PRODUCTION MANAGER
The Production Manager provides hands-on leadership for all operations within TeamWorld’s Container Decorating facility, overseeing bottle production through digital, screen, and assembly processes. This role ensures performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Efficiency (SQDE) while modeling the ATHREAD values of Accountability, Team Player, Honesty and Integrity, Responsiveness, Emotional Intelligence, Attention to Detail, and Drive. The Production Manager leads daily operations, develops people, drives process improvements, and ensures the department meets or exceeds plant goals through proactive leadership and data-driven decision making.
PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting daily
manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced safely, accurately, and on schedule. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Production Associates are cross-trained across various functions and are expected to learn multiple tasks, maintain productivity standards, and contribute to a positive and safety-focused work environment.
LOGISTICS MANAGER
The Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and delivery of products in and out of assigned TeamWorld facilities. He or she is responsible for the supervision of: Inbound Operations (Unloading and Receiving), Warehouse Operations (Put-Away, Pick-Pack, Break-Pack), Outbound Operations (Loading, Scheduling, Routing). The Logistics Manager works with the Plant Manager to develop strategies to maximize efficiency, utilize capacity, and reduce expenses. He or she is responsible for coordinating staffing and workload to ensure proper coverage and providing a premier customer experience.
LEAD PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE - 2ND SHIFT
The Lead Production Associate on 2nd shift is responsible for leading and training team members while ensuring all production activities follow standard operating procedures. This role oversees the safe and efficient operation of capping equipment, monitors workflow to maintain productivity, and ensures production and quality standards are consistently met and properly documented throughout the shift. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this position also operates production machinery to support the team and maintain workflow.
LINE LEAD
​The Production Line Lead is responsible for providing daily production leadership and personnel guidance by overseeing the activities of a team of production workers and press operators, operation of equipment, process monitoring, and scheduling/procedure adherence. Follow general safety rules, procedures, and regulations.

SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We are seeking a highly organized Sales Support Specialist to support the administrative and operational needs of our sales team. This is an internal-facing role where your primary focus is enabling sales representatives by organizing supplier quotes, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating samples and artwork, and supporting the transition of new accounts to Customer Service.

This position requires strong data entry accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with purchasing, production, art, and logistics, to ensure a premier customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
