​The Lead Production Associate on 2nd shift is responsible for leading and training team members while ensuring all production activities follow standard operating procedures. This role oversees the safe and efficient operation of capping equipment, monitors workflow to maintain productivity, and ensures production and quality standards are consistently met and properly documented throughout the shift. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this position also operates production machinery to support the team and maintain workflow.
