DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
The Director of Finance is a strategic leader responsible for the financial health of the organization. This role oversees all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, compliance, while also providing leadership to the Purchasing and Inventory Control departments. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Director of Finance ensures financial integrity, supports operational decision-making, and helps drive long-term growth and profitability.

LEAD PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE - 2ND SHIFT
​The Lead Production Associate on 2nd shift is responsible for leading and training team members while ensuring all production activities follow standard operating procedures. This role oversees the safe and efficient operation of capping equipment, monitors workflow to maintain productivity, and ensures production and quality standards are consistently met and properly documented throughout the shift. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this position also operates production machinery to support the team and maintain workflow.
LINE LEAD
​The Production Line Lead is responsible for providing daily production leadership and personnel guidance by overseeing the activities of a team of production workers and press operators, operation of equipment, process monitoring, and scheduling/procedure adherence. Follow general safety rules, procedures, and regulations.

Acting as the Integrator in the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework, this role ensures cross-functional accountability, drives operational excellence, and translates strategic goals into measurable results. The Vice President of Operations partners closely with the President to implement the company’s long-term growth plan, manage day-to-day performance, and foster a culture aligned with TeamWorld’s core values.

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Experience Partner in the corporate uniform and promotional products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer requests, communicating effectively with clients, and processing sales orders efficiently. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team and ensuring a premier experience for our customers.
