SALES REPRESENTATIVE
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative whose primary focus is converting qualified leads into long-term customer accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a new business environment, enjoys building relationships quickly, and has a strong sense of ownership from first conversation to close.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Convert inbound and outbound leads into active, revenue-generating accounts

Proactively prospect new business through outreach, networking, and referrals

Quickly establish rapport and credibility with decision-makers

Identify customer needs and align solutions that drive value

Manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasts in CRM tools

Collaborate closely with internal teams (customer service, operations, IT) to ensure smooth onboarding and execution

Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate reports for customers and leadership within the organization.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to document best practices within Sales Department.

Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
-
Associate degree or equivalent (NOTE: A comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education listed.)
Experience:
-
2 – 4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account acquisition

Experience using CRM systems and sales tools

Background in B2B sales environments
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES

Promotional products or uniform industry knowledge

Strong prospecting and lead-conversion skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage several projects at once
