MASTER DATA COORDINATOR
General Job Description
This position will support Operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization. They will work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements. They will collaborate with subject matter experts and data stewards, define, and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead our Master Data Team

Develop, document, maintain, and monitor all processes related to how data is input into various company systems, primarily the company’s ERP system.

Contribute to root cause analysis of process issues related to data integrity or accuracy issues.

Assists in the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on data ownership, as well as data replication to ensure access to and integrity of the data.

Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.

Collaborate with users across the company to understand their functional requirements and design forms/tables to accommodate in a structured way the information required for the solution.

Manages, analyzes, and resolves data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards.

Development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.

Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.

Responsible for creating and maintaining data integrity for multiple ERP modules, e.g., products, bill of materials, clients, vendors, etc.

Data entry of new records in various systems as needed.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Research and Design implementation plans to adopt data formats, based on international and US standards (ISO).

Collaborate with the Training Department to train new users in proper sales order entry, customer and vendor creation, product setup, etc.

Partner with the IT Department to develop system documentation.
Qualifications for the Job:

Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree (4-year) degree, with a business or technology focus, or equivalent.

Core Competencies
-
1 – 2 Years Master Data Management Solutions (SAP MDG, Oracle, IBM, etc.)

Advanced Knowledge in Excel
-
Previous experience with ERP

Core Competencies

Experience in Odoo
-
Experience in promotional product and/or manufacturing sector.

GDPR Compliance project experience

Experience in database analysis (Postgres, MySQL)

Monday – Friday | 8 am – 5 pm | $65k - $80k
